No Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Proats
I've recently been getting lots of questions about the protein oats I've been featuring on my Instagram story. These have become a post-workout staple and also something that I have used for travel or when I'm going to be away from my house several hours at a time. There's many variations, but today I'll share my "Peanut Butter No Bake Cookie" proats. They are my absolute favorite. Hope you enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
Dry:
1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 scoop whey chocolate protein
1 tbsp PB2
dash of salt
dash of cinnamon
packet of stevia
Wet:
1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk (or 1/2 c of water if out and about)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a sealed container. I often make multiple servings for the week and just throw a single serving in my work bag.
Pour either your unsweetened almond milk or water into your dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly to combine.

33g Carbs, 6g Fat, 32g Protein (mixed with almond milk)
