Oven-Roasted Kale Chips
Last weekend, my neighbor brought over tons of fresh kale from her garden. Kale is not something my family eats on a consistent basis, so I had to do a little research on the best way to prepare it. These oven-roasted kale chips did not disappoint! They were crispy, easy to prepare, and most importantly, delicious! Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of kale
1 tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using kitchen shears, remove the leaves from the stems and tear the kale into bite-size pieces.
Thoroughly wash the kale in either a strainer or salad spinner. Pat completely dry with a paper towel.
Transfer kale to baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
Bake 10-15 minutes, until the edges are crispy, but not burnt.
