Lemon Garlic Tilapia
This tilapia is so easy to prepare and uses only whole food ingredients. This light and refreshing fish can be prepared in about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
4 tilapia filets, about 1 lb.
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a baking dish with olive or avocado oil cooking spray.
Rinse the tilapia under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
Place tilapia in the baking dish. Pour lemon juice on top, then butter, and finally, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the fish is white and flaky.
